Duncan and Duncan Construction Company has been involved in Clarksville / Montgomery County since 1993 as General Contractors and in the home improvement market since 70's. We have hands on experience in every aspect of the building process. We are the only Contractor with a BC, CE, and CMC License. Master Electrician, Master Mechanical, Residential, Commercial and Industrial Contractor.

Prior to building homes in Clarksville, Donald W. Duncan retired as a Sergeant Major in the Army with 26 years of Active Duty. Upon retirement, Mr. Duncan enrolled in numerous Building and Technology classes offered by Austin Peay State University.

Don R. Duncan has a B. S. in Business Administration. Don was the Chairman of Project Playhouse, past president, vice president, and secretary of the Clarksville Montgomery County Home Builders Association, graduate of Leadership Clarksville 2001, a 32nd degree master mason and Shriner.
