Clarksville Home Builder of the Year

Duncan and Duncan was selected in 2010 as Montgomery County Home Builders of the Year. Recognized in Clarksville, Tennesse by the Clarksville-Montgomery County Home Builders Association for building over 200 homes since 1992. Duncan and Duncan is also recognized for being featured on ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and building many homes for the Habitat for Humanity.

Don Duncan is one of the only home construction experts with all the licenses in house required to build a home without outside resources passing many of the savings over to their customers. The Home Builders Association recognizes Don Duncan as a home builder with a full Commercial / Industrial / Residential Contracting License (BC), Master Electrician (CE), and Master Mechanical License (CMC). Mr. Duncan is also a licensed real estate affiliate with Exit Realty and a Certified Green Professional Builder (CGP).
