Convenience Package

1. Sub-floors are ¾" Advantec flooring screwed down to reduce floor squeaks.
2. Garage doors are insulated with decorated glass with garage opener, 2 remotes and outside keypad.
3. Fireplaces have logs installed, permits paid, Gas lines run if available.
4. Hardwood is installed at foyer to protect the carpet.
5. All locks are keyed alike.
6. Cased openings, base, and windows are wrapped with real wood. Not Pressed paper (MDF) used by many builders.
7. Shower doors are installed.
8. Bedrooms are prewired for phones, TV's and ceiling fans.
9. Exterior doors and garage door jambs are covered making them maintenance free.
10. Oversized rear decks for entertaining.

Economy Package

1. The exterior of the home is covered with an air infiltration barrier. Reducing Utilities and preventing damage to the home.
2. Windows are installed by the supplier, preventing water damage and providing a lifetime warranted.
3. Garages Doors and walls are insulated. Increasing comfort.
4. The Air/ Heat (HVAC) is sized to the homes. If the home is a 2 story or bonus room home we install a 2nd system.
5. Delta plumbing in bathrooms, kitchen.
6. All permits paid, all utility lines ran, all systems checked out.

Security & Protection Package

1. The outer wall are ½" OSB, This makes the home stronger than other siding material
2. Commercial grade electrical panel with lifetime warranty.
3. Dead bolts are installed on exterior doors.
4. The shingles are 30 year architectural shingles installed with 6 nails per shingle.
5. Light bulbs are installed in the homes.
6. Lever door hardware inside the homes.
7. Moisture barrier and gravel in our crawl spaces to prevent water damage on our homes.

Appearance Package

1. Cabinets and counter tops are upgraded.
2. Flooring is upgraded.
3. Lighting is upgraded to current trends.
4. Front door upgraded to decorated glass or side lights.
5. Appliances are upgraded.
6. Ceilings have the premium knock down finish.
7. Handrails inside the home are stained oak.
8. The walls and molding have two coats of premium paint.
9. Royal Crest vinyl premium siding with a lifetime warranty.
10. Different Ceiling treatments, Trays, slopes, vaulted to individualize your home.
